1 cup of coffee with flavoured cream
spinach and lettuce salad with chicken cooked in sesame oil, 2 pieces of turkey lunchmeat, grated mozzarella, 1/2 a tomato, 1/2 a guacamole, and little bit of low fat italian salad dressing
a couple other pieces of mozzarella
cup of milk with chai tea bag (no sugar)
1 bowl of pesto noodles with chicken
