coffe with flavoured cream

tims...1/2 12 grain bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese
tims lg french vanilla, 1/4 coffee
donut- french crueller

cheese bread.
lara bar-peanut butter 220 calories

sandwich- white bun, pesto, mayo, turkey slice and a half, mozza, spinich

jugo jucie-small size.  2 3/4 servings of fruit

decaf chai tea latte with one teaspoon of sugar

2 pancakes, butter, syrup
1 cup of coffee with flavoured cream

spinach and lettuce salad with chicken cooked in sesame oil, 2 pieces of turkey lunchmeat, grated mozzarella, 1/2 a tomato, 1/2 a guacamole, and little bit of low fat italian salad dressing

a couple other pieces of mozzarella

cup of milk with chai tea bag (no sugar)

1 bowl of pesto noodles with chicken
